Calling the female fitness community of Beijing, join in this experience to try out surfercise, surfing and exercise. Flow boarding, being both adventurous and fun, requires much practise and balance, but overtime, builds up confidence. Combine that with cross-fit, the most efficient form of full body exercise and everyone's on their way to a fitter body. By building motivation through community exercise, come by every Wednesday for a night of bonding with a full range of coaching staff to help monitor your progress. Everyone is invited regardless of fitness levels, though space is limited so be sure to reserve your spots early.
