Feast on the flavours of Malaysia at this two-week Malaysian dining event at the Hyatt Regency Beijing Wangjing's Market Cafe. With special guest chefs Chef Shazrien and Chef Fiqry from Grand Hyatt Kuala Lumpur, this mid-summer Malaysian culinary journey features a tasty range of Malaysian favourites, including Young mango salad with shrimp, Chicken rendang (braised chicken with chili, spiced and coconut paste), Malay style chili prawns, curry laksa and more until this Saturday 10; then braised chicken with coconut and candle nut Perenakan style, Malaysian beef curry with potato, fried yellow noodle with chili and vegetable and more mouthwatering delicacies and desserts from Sunday 11 to Sunday 18.
Lunch buffet is from 11.30am-2.30pm, 268RMB Mon-Sat and 358RMB Sun;
Dinner buffet is from 5.30-9.30pm, 298RMB from Sun-Thu and 318RMB from Fri-Sat.
