Opera Bombana

The Italian stallion
Opera is a five-course feast from the masters of all things Italian; you won’t find any eggs Benedict here. Once you’ve ordered your main course from the menu of mouth-watering entrées, olive oil and balsamic vinegar are delivered to the table, closely followed by a flurry of beautifully baked Italian breads and a regularly refilled antipasto board laden with cured meats, salmon gravlax, olives and grilled courgette. As with the antipasto, the mains leave little to be desired and make for a truly indulgent feast.
