Apple fans are probably more than aware by now that the iPhone 4’s camera is a pretty tasty bit of kit – so much so that even famed portrait photographer Annie Liebovitz has praised it. But sooner or later taking photos with that bog-standard lens will pall, which is where Photojojo’s rotating wheel o’tricks comes in. Clipping onto your iPhone 4 or 4S (apologies to those who refuse to replace their Apple products every five minutes – that’s the price you pay for not paying the price), the Lens Dial rotates to give your beloved phone three new ways of viewing the world: a fish-eye lens, a wide-angle lens and a telephoto lens. That’s better than yet another ‘zombify your pictures’ app, we reckon. At 10 ounces, it weighs twice that of an ordinary iPhone, but has an increased range of options – including portrait and landscape mounts for a tripod – and that surely makes the extra burden worth carrying.
