The style Italian? American? Who knows, but it’s thin-crusted and delicious. 

The deets Pricey yes, but this petite, upmarket pizza hits true date night standards with giant rounds of imported black peppercorn-spiked salami and a crust of semolina and durum wheats. Splurge by pairing with a bottle of red from Sureño’s stellar wine list.

The style Neapolitan. 

The deets Not strictly a pizza, but work with us here – it’s totally worth it. This half-moon is stuffed with ricotta and spicy salami, topped with lashings of mozzarella and olive oil. A serious contender for the best thing we’ve put in our mouths this year.

The price 45RMB for a 6” x 6”; 92RMB for a 8” x 10”. 

The style Detroit deep dish, close to a Sicilian pizza. 

The deets This corner is just a fraction of one of the huge square pizzas cooked up by Pie Squared, but it’s the greatest part. Instead of a traditional crust, crisp edges form from the melted cheese. Some might say burnt; we say delicious. 

An inch-deep, grilled chicken and alfredo sauce – plus a couple of roasted peppers in a nod to health – make for one killer, gut-busting square meal.

The style New York-inspired and supersized with a beefed-up, pillowy crust. 

The deets Loaded with roasted garlic,red peppers, courgette, black pepper ricotta and a liberal shower of kale, this is a ‘vegetarians gone wild’ version of pizza. You thought what you wanted was meat and grease to soak up all those craft beers. What you really meant is you want the city’s best veggie slice, right?

The style Roman-style pizza al taglio (‘by the slice’). 

The deets Stuffing yourself with a bazillion different kinds of pizza in one go is the best part about Pizza+. All pizzas are offered by the slice for mixing and matching, but no visit’s complete without a bite of the Forest. 

Thinly sliced mushrooms, toasted walnuts and sausage spiked with fennel are drizzled with black truffle cream for a uniquely earthy flavour and an unforgettable slice. It’s the one we’re always reaching for.

Xinjiang spices (pepper flakes and cumin) and grass-fed beef make for a locally inspired flavour combo that‘s perfect for pizza.
