Hatsune is known for its Californian-style sushi (crab meat and avocado), and the ‘119 roll’, bright red tuna rolls topped with spicy-and-sweet sauce – not to be missed. Another favourite is inari zushi, a sweet beancurd pocket filled with rice.

A few weeks ago I left a comment about our experience at the Hatsune Sanlitun Branch and the food poisoning I had. Hatsune got in touch with me and handled this issue very well. I am super impressed with their behavior and the great customer service they have given. I am looking forward to go back one day and give it another try!

I have been a happy customer for a long while but unfortunately our last visit with a group of 6 people on a friday evening was an absolute disaster! The service was really bad and after waiting for about one hour for another round of Sushi we had to cancel the order. On top of the bad service, 2 people had food poisoning incl. me and it was possibly from the Sashimi. I have had food poisening for one week and it included a visit to the hospital! I have never felt so bad in my life. Overall really disappointing and I would definitely not recommend going there anymore!

I know it's not a classic japanese, but I love it. Always fresh and amazing fish. I've been many times for dinner and lunch..both always great. Prices are a little but expensive but nothing crazy. The only thing is that you have to book in advance or you will wait a long time to have a table (at least at Sanltun's branch).
