Hopfenstube offers a lager, a dark beer and a wheat beer, all brewed on site and served up among the gleaming vessels in which they are produced. The triumvirate of brews (48RMB for 500ml) follows the three fundamental beer styles of Germany. The lager is thirst quenching, the dark beer plummy and rich, the wheat beer thick and sweet.
A daily ‘hoppy hour’involves a two-for-one deal between 5pm and 8pm.
