What originated as a nonprofit organic food company in Hebei province in 2016 has now expanded and opens its first mid-to-high-end restaurant Go Vegan, Go Green
. Despite its expansion, however, the company's mission still revolves around the promotion of organic food, providing its customers healthy, safe and tasty food. Their former 200-acre farmland, when they first bought it in 2016, has now grown up to 4,000 acres of land in less than three years.
The restaurant aims to present dishes that connect one's body and mind with nature, with dishes that highlight the unique flavours of the ingredients itself. The menu is designed according to the season to emphasise man's co-existence with nature.
