Middle Kingdom Fitness focuses mostly on small classes that give clients a comprehensive workout. The ‘Fitness Class’, which makes up the bulk of the class schedule, changes on a daily basis. However, the core concept combines different aspects of fitness training (cardio, weight lifting, and gymnastics, for example) to help students build strength, mobility, coordination, accuracy, speed, and stamina. Hill’s goal is to help clients gain more control of their own bodies, and help them define their personal ‘fitness.’
